Cat 2 _ $50.00 $350.00 _ Cats are allowed in all buildings. Pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $100 for the second. Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $50/month. Large pets (31 lbs or more) are $70/month.
Dog 2 _ $50.00 $350.00 _ Dogs allowed in units beginning with numbers "3" and "4." In addition, extra large dogs must be on the first floor. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
